Refund and Cancellation Policy
If you make an error while making your donation, we will be happy to refund it. Please email rcnfoundation@rcn.org.uk with your name, address and transaction reference.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be repaid using the same method of payment of the donation. If for any reason this is not possible, the refund will be paid by cheque.
Where a donor paid by Direct Debit any refund can only be paid into the bank account where the original collection was taken.
Direct Debit Guarantee
If the RCN Foundation makes an error for a payment taken via Direct Debit, the payer should seek that through their bank in accordance with the Direct Debit guarantee. The bank will then raise an indemnity claim with the RCN Foundation.
