Are you a nurse or midwife or healthcare support worker from an ethnic minority background, looking to develop your training and skills?

Apply for the RCN Foundation Olufunke Adeyeye Education Grant to be awarded a one-off grant of £1,600 to support you as you undertake further training and development.

Who can apply for a grant?

  • Any nurse, midwife or healthcare support worker from an ethnic minority background and working in the UK who wishes to further their education and training

  • Undertaking a UK-accredited course starting between 1 September 2022 and 1 September 2023.

This grant programme has been made possible thanks to the generosity of the Adeyeye family.

In 2020 Olufunke Adeyeye, a life-long nurse and midwife, passed away. Her three children are commemorating her life and career by supporting the Foundation to establish this education grant in her name.
